Our signature bean to bar fine 70% dark chocolate is made from a single origin cacao beans, specially sourced from the north eastern region of Colombia.
EACH bean in each bar is HAND SHELLED one-at-a-time!
Without the use of any machinery. This results in perfectly roasted
whole cocoa beans, which we use to craft our fine chocolate using our custom stone mill. Once our chocolate has reached the perfect level of smoothness, we carefully age it until it is ready to be tempered and cast into bars. When the flavours are ready, we carefully temper our chocolate without the use of any fillers or seed cacao butter. We use precision measuring tools, so that out chocolate is tempered to within 0.5°C of our special tempering procedure. Once perfectly tempered, we pour our chocolate onto 24K GOLD, inside our custom designed chocolate bar molds.
Chosen for it's expansive FULL flavour profile, we use only one cacao bean in the world for this unique chocolate experience.
Each bar contains only 3 ingredients: Cacao Beans, Cane Sugar, 24K GOLD (yes edible pure gold).
